Stunning Large 4-Bed Barn in Brundish Suffolk

Brimming with character, history and most importantly plenty of space. This beautiful barn with it's vaulted hall is the ideal barn for larger gatherings, family reunions or Christmas.

 

Enjoy everything Suffolk has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding countryside and coast as Suffolk has the best of both. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire splendid home, set in five tranquil acres of grounds and gardens.

 

As a self-catering barn, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. There are two modern, well equipped kitchens, both have a fridge, freezer, a large gas 'Range' cooker, dishwasher, a kettle, a washing machine and a microwave.

 

The house is a perfect place to relax and offers two televisions with DVD and internet access. This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10, with additional sofa beds or z beds available. The mattresses are quality, deep, Zip and Link giving guests the choice of single or King Size beds. In the first upstairs bedroom, you will find Zip & Link beds, so the option of two 3 ft single beds, or a 6ft King Size. The second upstairs bedroom, is the same as the first. The third bedroom is situated downstairs and contains three Zip & Link 3ft single beds, or can be one 6ft King Size + one 3ft single bed.. The fourth bedroom is upstairs and has wonderful views out of the glass front and ceiling. The bedroom has two Zip & Link beds, so again, can be either, two 3 ft single beds, or a 6ft King Size. There is also a full length, 3ft, metal framed and slated 'Day Bed'. All the bedrooms have mirrored, double wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table, hair dryer and a chair.

 

There are 2 modern bathrooms. The first bathroom has a basin, bath with hand held shower attachment and a walk-in shower. Separate toilet and basin next door. The second bathroom has a toilet, basin and a bath with hand held shower attachment. The panelled walk-in shower is separate. 

 

Cotton, hotel quality Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more comfortable. The barn has two patio areas, both with table and benches, there is also a small side garden. However there are a further four acres of grounds for guests to use. Electric car charging. If you need to charge your car, the fee is £25.00 per car, per charge, (not to exceed 15 hours on charge).

 

Guest to provide all extension leads and adapters. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is plenty of free parking on premises, room for large vehicles. - Adults only, but will accept teenagers 14 years old and over. - Pets are not allowed at the property.
